I didn't plan on spending 26 years at one dealership. I planned on treating every customer like family — and then the years just happened.

From Queens to South Florida

I was born in Queens, New York. My parents came from the Dominican Republic, and it didn't take long for our family to figure out we were not built for cold weather. South Florida claimed me at 15. I grew up in Miami, married my childhood sweetheart, and raised two kids here.

I joined Toyota of Hollywood in 1999 and stepped onto the sales floor at a time when the car industry was almost entirely male-dominated. I didn't have connections. I didn't have a fancy background. I had one thing: the belief that if I treated every single person the way I'd want to be treated, the results would speak for themselves.

They did.

Building a Career on Integrity

For the majority of the past 20+ years, I've been the #1 Toyota salesperson at Toyota of Hollywood and across the entire Southeast United States. I've been named to Toyota's Top 50 Professionals nationwide. I've served over 20,000 South Florida families — from first-time buyers to business owners to parents buying their kid's first car.

Why I Became a Fleet Manager
